The Experience:

Immerse yourself in a carefully crafted journey blending intentional breathwork with live electronic soundscapes by Randy Gates. Amplified by the solstice's natural power, this somatic experience opens pathways to release stagnation and access heightened states of awareness. Supported throughout with Reiki energy work from Jodi Hubbell and Brad Taylor.

Your Guides:

Randy Gates brings his unique background as both a first responder and wellness educator to create experiences that foster resilience and transformation. With a master's in education and years serving with Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue, Randy bridges practical stress management techniques with creative expression. His work as both metal sculptor and DJ informs his approach to breathwork as a multisensory, transformative tool.

What to bring: A yoga mat, a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. While alpenflow offers bolsters, blankets, and blocks we do have a limited supply. Please feel free to bring your personal blankets, pillows or other items to provide comfort during this 2 hour journey.
